Overall, my experience at the Pines Resort was quite mixed. While the location near Bass Lake is beautiful and there are stunning lakefront views, I faced significant issues with cleanliness and service that affected my stay. Although the amenities were appealing, including the spacious chalets, the Wi-Fi situation and canceled reservations were disappointing. The food was enjoyable, but service frustrations overshadowed my experience.
